We enable professionals and job seekers to provide them with the guidance they need to find career clarity, craft standout resumes, conduct successful job searches, prepare for tough interviews, create a powerful online presence, negotiate salary confidently, and manage success in their desired career.
How do we do?
At The Think Sage community, we believe that learning by doing is the key to success. That's why we offer our members a unique way of learning - our 5Cs: Courses, Community Access, Certifications, Challenge Programs, and Coaching - as part of our 10X Career Growth Model.
This innovative approach has enabled us to help over 5,000 job seekers land the job of their dreams. Our strong bias towards action enables our students to act while they learn so that goals become a reality.
Why Are We Doing This?
While graduating, we [Vijay and Prashant] got firsthand experience of the struggles of landing jobs. 10s of rejections from on-campus companies and hundreds of rejections from the outside job market made us realize how little did we know about job search, interview cracking skills, and most importantly salary negotiation.
It was not until we had access to mentors while pursuing our MBAs at an IIM that we were able to appreciate the impact a supportive community and mentors had on securing a job. Even though we managed to find a solution to our problem, we couldn't help but continue to wonder about one particular question for a long time: Why should access to a successful career be limited to only a select few colleges?
In our quest to find the answer to the question, we worked countless hours talking to our mentors. We researched through hundreds of resources and guides online to develop a model that enables anyone to have the chance to achieve their career goals and find the perfect blend of life and work.
